Items may be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please fill out the form on our contact page and we will respond to guide you through the process. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by any gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Clearance items, special orders, custom orders, or items that have been modified or altered in any way (including ring sizing) are not returnable or exchangeable. Any item that is returned is subject to a thorough inspection. If the item is in need of any reconditioning due to wear, damage, misuse, or other conditions, restocking fees may be incurred at our discretion. Once we accept the return we will issue a refund in the form of a store credit, or the original form of payment, less shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees. If the item was returned due to an error on our part, we will not deduct the shipping fees from the return amount. We will notify you by email or phone when your return has been processed. Returned items that were given as gifts will be refunded in the form of a store credit in the name of the recipient.
